It is not clear who organised the series of monthly music hall concerts at the Hen & Chickens, it may have been the manager of the pub ,but I certainly remember going to the concert where Roy Hudd and Cosmotheka were the two artists on the bill.. The room was packed and we were treated to an incredible evening of music hall songs and comedy by both acts.
