So far two concerts have come to light in 1959, the first at Birmingham Town Hall early in October, with Pete Seeger in concert, supported by Ramblin' Jack Elliot The second , later in October, at Digbeth Civic Hall in October with Chinese artists performing traditional song and dance from their homeland. Posters for both the concerts can be seen below. The copy of the posters came from the late Eileen Whiting's scrapbook.
